Itineraries

Municipality's 32 km2 area, embraced by the urban settings of Teulada and Moraira and kissed by the marine waters of the beautiful bay, is a green-and-white sea of residences blended with vegetation and cultivation zones. Diverse paths of Arabic-resonant names cross the whole municipalty.

Teuladian landscape ofeers very attractive excursions and views, taking advantage of its 185m unevenness to reach the sea and characterised by low knolls, terraced vineyard fields and green pine groves surprisingly splashed over the municipality.

Excursion lovers may ascend from the Portet Beach to the Cap d'Or Watchtower, go to Castellons, where a splendid view of the municipality can be enjoyed, or go to the Hermitage of the Holy Fount, which lodges the source from where water always springs up.

On foot or by bicycle, it's possible to travel through Teulada and to contemplate the extensive vineyard crops, as well as admiring the beautiful rural constructions called "riuraus", in which arched porches muscatel grape dried off until not many time ago.
